Brocket Deer: At an average weight of 25 pounds, the Red Brocket is North America's smallest deer. The Brown Brocket averages about 45 pounds.

Mule Deer: The Rocky Mountain and Desert are similar with the latter somewhat smaller (body and antlers) due to less feed. Columbia Blacktail have considerably smaller antlers, while Sitka Blacktail have by far the smallest antlers along with short, stocky bodies.

Whitetail: Whitetail are the most abundant, widespread, and popular big game animals in North America. The Coues and Mexican are considerably smaller, and the Central American is the smallest.
