Kyrgyzstan has become a famous destination for big game hunters seeking the famous Marco Polo sheep,
Tian Shan argali and Ibex. Marco Polo sheep average 51-52 inches with occasional 60 inches trophy
taken. The Ibex are the largest in the world, up to 60 inches in horn length.
Altitudes in Kyrgyzstan are the lowest at which Marco Polo sheep can be found, and horses are used
for the hunt making your trip more enjoyable. It is an unforgettable adventure to hunt at 12,000 feet
on horseback, surrounded by a beautiful alpine panorama.
Our Kyrgyzstan Marco Polo hunts have one guide for each hunter. Ibex and Wolf can be hunted as
additional species on this hunt.
You can expect a 100% success rate on Marco Polo and Ibex.
Climate
Usually, weather is favorable and more predictable in this region during the fall hunting period.
During daylight hours in November the temperature is from 32ºF up to 50ºF and at night
from 4ºF to 15ºF. Expect windy conditions.
