If you know your western history you know that Lincoln County New Mexico is famous for the Lincoln
County Wars, Billy The Kid and Sheriff Pat Garrett. But it's also famous for its trophy Pronghorn.
The two primary areas we hunt are near the towns of Claunch and Corona on ranches rangeing in size from
2,500 to over 30,000 acres.
Shots range from 100 to 450 yards for rifle hunters.
Bow hunting is done near water holes and success is determined in part by how dry the year has been.
The terrain is made up of sage and cholla covered rolling hills, scrub oak ridges, cedar (aka juniper)
breaks and deep canyons. The average elevation of this area is 6,300 ft above sea level.
New Mexico is one of the most beautiful places in the world to hunt, and hunting pronghorn in this
country puts you in touch with the old west.

You'll stay in either a Bed & Breakfast or a Ranch House depending on the area you'll be hunting.
Meals are typically cold ceral breakfast, sandwiches or equivalent for lunch in the field, and steak
or barbeque for dinner.

You'll fly into Albuquerque, New Mexico where you will be met by your guide and taken to the hunting area.
