Horn Holster

Carrying a set of whitetail deer rattling antlers in the field, real or not, has always been problematic due to their bulky, awkward size. Add to this a game call or two and the problem is compounded.

One company, Hunter Innovations, believes they have the solution with their new product the "Horn Holster". Basically it is a lightweight web belt with two elastic cords running across the back and exiting out each side ending in an elastic loops, two on each side.

These loops can be stretched to hold rattling antlers, game calls or anything else you might like to attach to the belt but want easy, elastic access. Once you are done with the item just allow the elastic to return, securing the item back at the belt.

I know I used to carry my rattling antlers inside my backpack as I moved in and out of the woods. Once in a stand I'd try and locate something to hang them from, not always within reach without significant movement. The Horn Holster provides a viable alternative. The same can be said while spotting and stalking. Your rattling antlers and game calls are always at hand, yet separated when not in use. A unique, convenient alternative to carrying over your shoulders or in a back pack.
