Leupold® Introduces New Mark 2™ Tactical Riflescopes

Leupold® introduces new Mark 2™ tactical riflescopes designed to meet the needs of military and law enforcement professionals who require exceptional optical quality at an affordable price.

The new Mark 2 models include the 1.5-4x20mm, 3-9x40mm Hunter, 3-9x40mm T2, 4-12x40mm Adjustable Objective T2 and 6-18x40mm Adjustable Objective T1 riflescopes.

The Mark 2 1.5-4x20mm riflescope is the lightest of the group weighing only 9.5 ounces. The windage and elevation adjustment ranges on the riflescope are both 67 minutes of angle (MOA). Adjustments are made through 1/2-MOA finger clicks. The 9.2-inch long riflescope features the Duplex® reticle.

The Mark 2 3-9x40 Tactical Hunter riflescope is ideal for those who hunt with AR15/M-16 style rifles. Adjustments are 1/2-MOA by T2 turrets for elevation and finger clicks for windage. The riflescope features the LR Duplex reticle. Weighing only 12.5 ounces, the riflescope also has a one-inch maintube and is 12.4 inches in length.

Similar in weight and length to the Mark 2 Hunter model, the 3-9x40mm T2 and 4-12x40mm Adjustable Objective T2 riflescopes feature 1/2-MOA T2 tactical turrets for windage and elevation adjustments. Both models are available with a matte black finish. The Mark 2 3-9x40mm T2 riflescope provides customers with the choice of Duplex, LR Duplex and Mil Dot reticles. The 4-12x40mm Adjustable Objective T2 riflescope also is available with LR Duplex or Mil Dot, as well as Fine Duplex®.

The most powerful of the new Mark 2 riflescopes, the 6-18x40mm Adjustable Objective T1 riflescope weighs in at only 13.5 ounces. As with all Mark 2 riflescopes, the T1 has a one-inch maintube. The 13.5-inch riflescope is available in matte black finish and has the options of Fine Duplex, LRV Duplex and Mil Dot reticles. Windage and elevation adjustments are made via the riflescope’s 1/4-MOA T1 tactical turrets.

Each riflescope in the series is completely waterproof and features Leupold’s Mulitcoat 4® lens coating for superior clarity and brightness, edge-to-edge sharpness across the visual field, and optimal contrast for easy target identification in virtually any light or atmospheric condition. Additionally, the riflescopes also feature lockable, fast-focus eyepieces and tactile power indicators.
