Nikon Presents The Compact Trailblazer Waterproof ATB

New for 2006 Nikon introduces the compact Trailblazer ATB™ (All Terrain Binocular).

Sleek and lightweight, the Trailblazer is fully waterproof and fogproof, offering high value and function in an affordable, pocket-sized binocular.

The Trailblazer is available in 8x25 (black) and 10x25 (black or REALTREE Hardwoods Green HD) models. The new compact ATB incorporates Nikon's exclusive Eco-Glass (made without the use of arsenic or lead) for all lens and prism elements. Multiple layers of anti-reflective compounds offer crisp, sharp viewing.

Ergonomic styling, mated with a rubber armored exterior, provides added shock resistance and a firm grip, wet or dry. Turn and slide rubber eyecups, complemented by 10mm eye relief, allow the Trailblazer ATB to be used as comfortably by eyeglass wearers as those with uncorrected vision. A large central focus wheel and adjustable diopter make focus easy to achieve and maintain, even while wearing gloves.

Despite it's compact size, the Trailblazer offers an exceptional field-of-view at 1000 yards. A 429-foot field-of-view in the 8x, and a 342-foot field-of-view in the 10x provide excellent in-the-field performance.
