PMC OFFERS FIVE NEW SHOTSHELL SPECIFICS FOR 2004
PMC is pleased to announce that they will be offering 5 new specific loads of shotgun shells. These shotshells offer components and craftsmanship usually only seen in premium grade quality and are specially loaded for specific duties.
- Ultimate High Velocity
-
This universal hunting load is designed to cover a broad range of game. It features nickel plated
shot for added hardness and less feather draw, while the 12 gauge leaves the muzzle with an
ultimate 1400 fps - faster than regular high velocity loads. It packs a MAX dram equiv. of powder
into a 2 3/4" shell and is available in 12 ga. (1 1/4 oz.), 20 ga. (1 oz., 1300 fps), 28 ga. (7/8 oz.,
1250 fps) & 410 bore (3", 11/16 oz., 1135 fps), ranging in shot sizes from #4 to #9.
- Extra Heavy Field
-
Designed for long-range, late season hunting, when game has become more wary of hunters,
our new Extra Heavy Field packs 1 3/8 oz. of lead shot in front of 4 dram equiv. of powder into a
2 3/4" shell to achieve a muzzle velocity of 1320 fps. Available in 12 ga. only - #4, 5, 6 & 7.5
shot.
- Heavy Game
-
Our Heavy Game specific shotshells use 3 1/4 dram equiv. of fast burning powder to propel 1
1/8 oz. of hard, round shot out of our ribbed plastic 2 3/4" shell. (1250 fps, #5, 6, 7.5, 8 & 9)
- Field & Target
-
Our all-purpose field & target shotshells have become such a hit with hunters and competitors
that we've constructed 28 ga. (2 3/4 ", 3/4 oz.) and 410 bore (2 1/2", 1/2 oz.) versions for 2004.
(1220 fps, Max DE, #7.5, 8 & 9).
- Sabot Slug
-
Our 7/8 oz. solid 12 ga. slug, encased in a plastic, rifled sabot for increased accuracy is sure to
be a hit with both law enforcement and with deer hunters. While it can be fired from a smooth
bore, this sabot slug reaches it's fully accurate potential when fired from a rifled shotgun barrel.
